We are once again so grateful to Sainsbury’s Amblecote. Marcia Welch has raised £45 from holding a hook-a-duck activity with children, Colleen Shakespeare raised £200 on the Teddy Towers stall, and Julie Bate raised £200 after volunteering with the Thursday after School Club. We had a volunteer visit us for the day from the local Job Centre, she was really helpful and shared her experience and knowledge of the benefits system. This week we have visited residents in a care home, shared a meal with them and their staff as part of our Community Visiting Programme. The keep fit group is doing a great job helping local people to be fit and active in a fun way, numbers have grown and another 10 week course will start in April.
