Day to Day

Targeted Life Support and Mentoring:-

Every day we take referrals from various partners and individuals for one-to-one appointments to help with any number of needs. If you feel you would benefit from our targeted support and mentoring services please give us a call or email.

What’s on offer?

Targeted life support and mentoring is a process which we offer as part of the wrap around care we seek to provide.

Support is offered on a one to one basis; we aim to walk with people over a period of time, supporting and encouraging them at a time of transition.

By improving self-awareness and helping individuals set realistic personal goals our aim is to support an individual to improve behaviour or performance.

Our aim is to see genuine and authentic transformation as people move on in their lives; we offer progressive support.

We recognise the value of friendship in enabling people to improve their self-awareness, gain a desire to change and take action to develop personally.

We understand that practical needs have to be met to achieve progression and personal development of lasting impact, therefore, we are committed to seeking resolution for people and refer to other support services where needed.

Ultimately this is about seeing people move on and positively progress with their lives, fulfilling their potential. At whatever point people engage with the Brierley Hill Project we want to show dignity, respect and support them to move forward knowing they are valued and accepted for who they are and not by their circumstances or past.
