    A founder member of BHP with 22 years of experience of working in the 3rd sector. John runs his own consultancy business which helps charities, churches and not for profit organisations reshape, develop and remain robust for the future. A passionate Villa fan and a youth team coach.

    Finance Lead

    Supporting the team to enable, equip and release them to support others.

    Part of the BHP family since 2010, a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners. I enjoy going to the gym and relax by walking my Lakeland Terrier.

    I have worked at BHP for 15 years supporting people and experiencing real change in their lives. I feel privileged to be part of the BHP community.

    I lead the youth team doing detached youth work sessions, group work sessions, including football and 1 to 1 mentoring support for individual young people and young adults.

    Spearhead for the Love Dudley Network, seeking to enable collective and collaborative working across the Dudley Borough amongst churches, charities, business and the public sector. I am keen cyclist and enjoy spending time with my grandchildren.
